Refund Policy for Presentation Templates

Due to the purchased items being strictly digital, One Point Studio LLC cannot offer refunds or exchanges. One Point Studio LLC will, upon request via alex@onepoint.studio, issue a refund only in the case of technical issues or troubles with downloading the digital templates, if the request is made within 10 days of purchase.

You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If for any reason, One Point Studio LLC is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. (Some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.)

 

Where Refunds Apply

We only offer refunds if there are technical difficulties that result in the issue of downloading the templates. A refund request can be made within 10 days of purchase, it applies to products and services on our website.
